Cupping Therapy
Suction cups on the back and shoulders, left in place or moved slowly.
Service Description
WHAT IT IS Cups create suction on the skin, lifting it and the tissue beneath. They may be left in place for a few minutes or moved slowly over the back and shoulders. WHO IT'S FOR People who like cupping, on its own or as part of their traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) care. WHAT TO EXPECT A pulling or tight sensation as the cups lift the skin. Tell your therapist if it feels uncomfortable. Cupping often leaves round marks that usually fade over time, but lasting changes in skin colour or scarring can occur. Please tell us before your session if you bruise easily, take blood-thinning medication, or have broken or sensitive skin on your back or shoulders.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT A deposit is taken when you book online and goes towards the cost of your treatment. The balance is paid in the clinic on the day. The deposit is a part-payment, not an extra charge. CANCELLATION AND REFUND Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable, as the deposit covers the reserved time. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear. RESCHEDULING You can reschedule online, subject to availability, and your deposit carries across to the new time at no extra cost. Online booking closes 1 hour before a session starts, so if you need a time sooner than that, please call us. ARRIVING Please arrive a few minutes early, especially for a first visit, which begins with a short assessment. If you arrive late your treatment may be shortened so that following clients are not delayed, and the full fee still applies. HEALTH INFORMATION So we can treat you safely, please tell your practitioner about any injuries, medical conditions, medications or pregnancy. FULL TERMS https://bodisensewa.com.au/terms
