Service Description
WHAT IT IS A 30-minute seated session with bare feet on an electrical foot platform that produces warmth through the soles, with gel applied to your feet. Your therapist sets up the equipment and adjusts the level with you. For a longer session with a warming belt around the waist, choose the Foot & Waist Warming Session; for a hands-on treatment, choose Foot Massage & Reflexology. WHO IT'S FOR People who want a short, seated session for their feet. WHAT TO EXPECT Warmth that builds through the session, and you may sweat. Your first session starts at a low setting. Please don't come on an empty stomach or within 30 minutes after eating. Tell your therapist straight away if you feel dizzy or unwell, and the session will be stopped. This session is not suitable if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on your period, very frail, or have a fever, an unhealed wound, a tendency to bleed, heart or kidney failure, a pacemaker, another implanted device or a metal implant, or have had surgery in the last six months. If you are under 18, or have a heart, kidney, blood-pressure or neurological condition, please contact us before booking.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT A deposit is taken when you book online and goes towards the cost of your treatment. The balance is paid in the clinic on the day. The deposit is a part-payment, not an extra charge. CANCELLATION AND REFUND Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable, as the deposit covers the reserved time. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear. RESCHEDULING You can reschedule online, subject to availability, and your deposit carries across to the new time at no extra cost. Online booking closes 1 hour before a session starts, so if you need a time sooner than that, please call us. ARRIVING Please arrive a few minutes early, especially for a first visit, which begins with a short assessment. If you arrive late your treatment may be shortened so that following clients are not delayed, and the full fee still applies.
