Service Description
WHAT IT IS A session focused on your head, scalp and neck. At the start, your therapist asks about your health and then chooses the approach: micro-current delivered through conductive gloves, a radiofrequency device on the neck that produces warmth, hands-on techniques, or a mix of these. The price is the same whichever approach is used. WHO IT'S FOR People who want a session focused on the head, scalp and neck. WHAT TO EXPECT Your therapist explains the approach before starting and checks with you as they go. Tell your therapist straight away if anything feels uncomfortable or too warm. The devices are not used if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker, cochlear implant or other implanted device, metal pins, plates or screws, epilepsy, a bleeding disorder, a heart or blood-pressure condition, cancer or a mental health condition, or have had surgery (please tell us what and when). In that case your therapist uses hands-on techniques instead where they suit you, at the same price. Please tell us about any of these when you book.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT A deposit is taken when you book online and goes towards the cost of your treatment. The balance is paid in the clinic on the day. The deposit is a part-payment, not an extra charge. CANCELLATION AND REFUND Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable, as the deposit covers the reserved time. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear. RESCHEDULING You can reschedule online, subject to availability, and your deposit carries across to the new time at no extra cost. Online booking closes 1 hour before a session starts, so if you need a time sooner than that, please call us. ARRIVING Please arrive a few minutes early, especially for a first visit, which begins with a short assessment. If you arrive late your treatment may be shortened so that following clients are not delayed, and the full fee still applies.
