A 40-minute session using a radiofrequency warming device around the knee.
Service Description
WHAT IT IS A 40-minute session focused on the knee. Your therapist slowly moves a radiofrequency device over cream applied around the knee, with a flat pad placed under you. The device uses electrical energy to produce warmth, and your therapist adjusts the level by asking how warm it feels. WHO IT'S FOR People who would like a device-based warming session focused on the knee. WHAT TO EXPECT Warmth around the knee that builds as the session goes on. Tell your therapist straight away if it feels uncomfortable or too hot. Not suitable if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker or cochlear implant, metal in or near the knee (including a knee replacement or surgical screws), a bleeding disorder, a heart or blood-pressure condition, epilepsy, cancer, an infection, or an open wound or a hot, swollen knee. If you have recently given birth, have had knee surgery, have numbness or reduced feeling around the knee, or have any other medical condition, please contact us before booking.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT A deposit is taken when you book online and goes towards the cost of your treatment. The balance is paid in the clinic on the day. The deposit is a part-payment, not an extra charge. CANCELLATION AND REFUND Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable, as the deposit covers the reserved time. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear. RESCHEDULING You can reschedule online, subject to availability, and your deposit carries across to the new time at no extra cost. Online booking closes 1 hour before a session starts, so if you need a time sooner than that, please call us. ARRIVING Please arrive a few minutes early, especially for a first visit, which begins with a short assessment. If you arrive late your treatment may be shortened so that following clients are not delayed, and the full fee still applies.
