WHAT IT IS A focused remedial massage that systematically assesses and treats musculoskeletal dysfunction, postural problems and soft tissue injuries. WHO IT'S FOR If your pain has a structural or biomechanical cause - poor posture, repetitive strain, old injuries - remedial massage aims to address the underlying cause, not just the symptoms. WHAT TO EXPECT A professional assessment followed by targeted hands-on treatment. Expect firmer pressure and a more focused approach than a standard relaxation massage. Private health insurance rebates are likely applicable - please bring your health fund card.
Cancellation Policy
DEPOSIT A deposit is taken when you book online and goes towards the cost of your treatment. The balance is paid in the clinic on the day. The deposit is a part-payment, not an extra charge. CANCELLATION AND REFUND Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit is refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours, and no-shows, are non-refundable, as the deposit covers the reserved time. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and can take a few business days to appear. RESCHEDULING You can reschedule online, subject to availability, and your deposit carries across to the new time at no extra cost. Online booking closes 1 hour before a session starts, so if you need a time sooner than that, please call us. ARRIVING Please arrive a few minutes early, especially for a first visit, which begins with a short assessment. If you arrive late your treatment may be shortened so that following clients are not delayed, and the full fee still applies.
